Greatly improved the CD/CI to create a pipeline that enables developer’s services to be deployed automatically to staging environments.
Developed a project to automatically solve microservices’ external dependencies, like nginx endpoints, Cassandra database schema and Elasticsearch index mapping.

Implemented a flexible convolutional neural network using Python and C++
Developed an algorithm to distribute computation and manage the communication across GPUs .
Implemented the algorithm using MPI and developed the DistNet to scale the network over multiple GPUs.

Software Engineer Intern, Yunzhisheng Inc, Beijing, China : May 2012 – Dec 2012

Built a test platform to periodically test several voice-recognition engines at China.
Wrote a deep neural network, embedded with previous HMM+GMM system to improve the accuracy of large vocabulary acoustic model.
Wrote a model pipeline to accelerate the training procedure with two GPUs and implemented ASGD algorithm to scale to even more hardware.
